September 10 marks the 65th anniversary of Igor Kostolevsky, a popular actor who played more than a dozen roles and created a number of memorable images on the stage and on the set. The biography of Igor Kostolevsky is replete with successful endeavors in the field of theater and cinema. Some works are a kind of milestones in his career, this is, first of all, the debut role of the young actor in the film "Family as a Family" in 1970. The picture helped Kostolevsky in determining his role for many years, catchy male charisma combined with an intelligent, unflappable expression on his face allowed the artist to determine for himself the image of a theater and film hero.

Two years after the film debut, Igor Kostolevsky, whose biography promised to continue with interesting film roles, played a small episodic role in Stanislav Rostotsky's film “Dawns Here Are Quiet”. This role was not played in an episodic manner at all, it was asked to the fore. It was then that the formation of actor Kostolevsky as a characteristic and peculiar performer began. The next work - Decembrist Ivan Annenkov in the film "Star of captivating happiness", shot by director Vladimir Motyl in 1975, confirmed the original talent of the actor. One of the critics, who wrote a review of the film, noted that the biography of Igor Kostolevsky simply obliges him to keep the bar of acting high, and he must be able to bring to the viewer the immutability of his intelligent beginning.
Motyl’s film, thanks in large part to Kostolevsky’s talented play, was a great success. Soon another film appeared - "Nameless Star", fully revealing the intellectual charm of Kostolevsky. Star actors:
Mikhail Kozakov, Anastasia Vertinskaya, Mikhail Svetin,
Alla Budnitskaya and, finally, Igor Kostolevsky provided the film with a long life on the screen. This was followed by a series of films with the participation of an already popular actor. Among these films, Tehran-43 occupies a special place - an action-packed picture of a conspiracy against Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin. After some time, Igor
Kostolevsky, whose
filmography was regularly replenished with new films, somewhat moved away from filming in the cinema and focused on theatrical performances. Thus, in addition to bright memorable works in the cinema, Igor Kostolevsky played many interesting roles in the theater. After graduating from the course A. A. Goncharov in GITIS was accepted into the troupe of the theater. Mayakovsky, Kostolevsky for a long time played only in his native theater, the audience even began to go "to Kostolevsky." However, at some point, Mayakovka became cramped for the creative impulses of an already popular artist, and from time to time he began to play on the stages of other theaters. However, the theater. Mayakovsky was and remains the most important stage of the actor.
In the personal life of a popular actor, too, everything turned out quite organically. In 1981, Kostolevsky married actress
Elena Romanova. The couple lived together for nearly twenty years. Then, as is often the case in the acting environment, a divorce followed. And after some time, the biography of Igor Kostolevsky was replenished with new events in his personal life, the popular actor married for the second time. The wife was the
French actress Consuela de Aviland.
In 1986, Kostolevsky was declared the best actor of the year. This title was a recognition of his merits at the highest level. The title is supported by bright new roles. To date, the biography of Igor Kostolevsky is not yet finished, the actor is still energetic and full of creative plans.
