The cooking process consists of several stages:

  1. The first step is to process the zucchini. First you need to wash them, and then cut them in half and remove the core along with the seeds. You should get neat blanks in the form of "boats".

  1. Washed zucchini with a sharp knife cut lengthwise into strips with a thickness of not more than 5 millimeters.
