In any case, first you need to prepare the pumpkin itself: cut, remove seeds and peel. Then cut the required amount into small pieces and put them in a suitable dish for the microwave. Cook for 15-20 minutes at maximum power, until the pieces are soft. And only after that pour them with honey to taste. Pumpkin in the microwave with honey is no worse than in the oven. And itβs preparing much faster, though you can cook in this way for a maximum of two.
Cooking Pumpkins in a Multicooker
And more recently, a recipe has appeared that is used to bake pumpkin with honey in a slow cooker. Already prepared slices of autumn berries are put in a multicooker pan, which should be slightly greased with butter. Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey and half a glass of water. Stew the pumpkin with honey for 30-40 minutes, and then put on plates. Instead of the "Extinguishing" mode, you can use "Baking" or "Cooking", depending on the model of the multicooker.
