Wishing to comply with all the latest trends, they practically switch to "overseas" food - arugula, ricotta, parmesan ... Of the meat - only chicken breasts (as if the hens consist of only breasts!), What can we say about traditional Russian dishes! Meanwhile, nutritionists are sure that the most useful products are those growing in the same band as you. Of course, you need to eat right, but sometimes you can remember about such mouth-watering dishes, such as brisket baked in the oven.

Let's start with the simplest. Baked breast in a sleeve is prepared quite simply and for a short time - but the result! By the way, the meat will be cooked in its own juice, without oil. True, it is still difficult to call it dietary. So, to get the brisket baked in the oven in the sleeve, you need the pork belly itself , potatoes, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, pepper, seasonings, you can have greens. My meat is dried, we make longitudinal cuts. We crush the garlic with a special crush (if it is not there, rub it on a grater, on an average shredder), mix with pepper and salt. With this mixture we generously rub the meat, into the cuts made earlier, we also cram the garlic mixture wholeheartedly! Now coat the meat with mayonnaise, leave it for a while alone, let it pickle.

Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices of any shape, salt, mix. You can cut a couple of onions, mix with potatoes. In a culinary sleeve tied on one side, put our potatoes, on top - meat, tie another edge, a couple of punctures - and in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180-200 degrees Celsius. Readiness check just in case, piercing the meat. Transparent juice is the main sign that it's time to grab forks! If you want lean meat, open the sleeve and hold for another ten minutes in the oven.
The brisket baked in the oven in foil is also delicious. You will again need meat (who would have thought!), Spices, salt, pepper, lemon, foil. We wash the breast, with a knife, carefully remove the upper film and separate all the bones. If you donβt know how to do it, call your assistants by promising them a delicious dinner. Rub the meat with salt and pepper, you can take not ground, but peas, crushing it with your own hands. Add your favorite spices. By the way, if the meat managed to run properly during life (not a very young pig), pour it with lemon juice.

We lay the meat on the foil with the fat side up, sprinkle with greens on top (optional), wrap the edges of the foil tightly so that there are no holes. We put the meat in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, after 15 minutes we set it at 180 degrees and forget about the bacon for an hour and a half. However, the baked brisket smells so that it is hardly possible to forget. It is checked for readiness with the same "spear method". Transparent juice means the bacon in the oven is ready! We get, cut, swallowing saliva and pushing off the elbows of those who want to immediately bite off a larger piece.
