Chicken roll

One of the best dishes that can be prepared from chicken is roll. The filling for it can be used the most diverse: vegetables, prunes, lingonberries, cheese, bacon and much more. Check out some recipes.

Chicken roll

To beat off 700 g of chicken breasts, pepper, salt. Lubricate the foil with oil and put the breasts on it so that they overlap. Grease with mayonnaise, sprinkle with spices. Bacon Chicken Roll

Cut 800 g of chicken into small strips. Season with universal spices and chopped garlic. Cut the onion in half rings, mix with the fillet and put in a cool place for half an hour.

On the fillet strips put half the onion rings and add a small piece of butter. Make rolls of them, which are then wrapped in broken pieces of bacon. Connect the edges of the bacon with skewers. Cook on the grill or in the oven for 20 minutes, periodically turning over. Serve with vegetables and herbs.

Chicken roll with dried tomatoes

Cut the chicken breast into slices and beat off. Season with salt and pepper. Put a little blue cheese and dried tomatoes on each slice . Roll, roll in an egg, then in flour and breadcrumbs. Fry the rolls in butter and olive oil over low heat. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Chicken roll with prunes

Chicken roll with cheese

To beat off a pound of fillet, grease with sour cream, salt, sprinkle with dill and pepper. Cut into slices 150 g of cheese, 2 bell peppers and arrange on filet. Roll, roll in breadcrumbs and coat with egg. Fry in a pan until golden brown. Put in the oven for 20 minutes.
