We put potatoes to boil, salt and pepper to taste. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, drain most of the water, leaving a little bit, add our fried vegetables, mix everything and simmer for a few more minutes. Serve the stewed potatoes with sour cream, you can sprinkle it with herbs, prepare a delicious sauce.
