Now we will prepare a part of the dinner, wholesome and very tasty. Of all the possible fillings, we will choose our own - the original one. And our dish will be - vertuta with pumpkin. To prepare four servings we will need: 500 grams of flour, 200 ml of water, a teaspoon of salt, 100 ml of vegetable oil, 500 grams of pumpkin. First of all, we prepare the dough for the roll: knead the flour, vegetable oil, water and salt. Water must be warm. The dough will be cool. We set it aside for the time being and rub the pumpkin on a coarse grater. You can add an apple if you wish.
Like dumplings, roll out the dough and grease the base with vegetable oil. Spread the pumpkin evenly over the surface and lightly crush it with sugar sand. Gently roll the roll, plucking the edges. For eight servings we will need: 500 grams of flour, 200 grams of water, 100 grams of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of salt, pumpkin, cinnamon, granulated sugar, berry and sesame.
In a standard way, knead the dough and set aside, covering with a napkin. On a coarse grater we rub the pumpkin, squeeze the juice a little, which stood out. All further steps, in principle, are similar to the previous recipe, except that we add a thin layer of berries, for example, blueberries, to the pumpkin, then we crush with granulated sugar and a small amount of cinnamon. We turn it into a roll and for a change we give the shape of a bagel. We also bake for 30-35 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees. It is recommended to serve the finished dish with tea.
Original recipe: pita bread with pumpkin
It happens that the hostess would take up cooking this dish, but there is not much time, especially for making the dough. In this case, there is a simplified version of the twirl. They can be cooked with pita bread, that is, it remains only to start, and the dish is almost ready. So we will do this now.
The total cooking time is approximately 35 minutes. What do we need in order to make a delicious, sweet tea dish? This: two large leaves of pita bread, 400 grams of cottage cheese, two eggs, dill and parsley, two cloves of garlic, to taste - salt, 50-70 grams of butter. If you follow the steps of the step-by-step recipe, then the result of your work will be very satisfied.
Cooking a lavash spit
Vertuta with pumpkin, wrapped in pita bread, is prepared as follows:
- First of all, we make the filling. To do this, knead the cottage cheese with a fork, add eggs to it and mix.
- We wash the greens, dry and chop finely. Salt the cottage cheese to taste and mix it with herbs. If you want to get a sweet twirl, then you need to add steamed raisins instead of greens.
- Melt butter in a bowl. The next step is to lay on the table surface a sheet of pita bread and grease it with melted butter. We spread the filling from the cottage cheese, while trying to evenly distribute it over the entire surface of the tortillas.
- Turn the pita bread into a roll. We perform the same procedure with the second sheet.
- Put the prepared rolls in a mold, grease them with beaten egg yolk.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and send the form into it. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Everything, the dish is ready.

Pumpkin and feta cheese recipe
Ingredients: 250 grams of flour, 150 grams of water, 100 grams of butter, 50 - olive, one chicken egg, 600 grams of pumpkin, 150 grams of feta cheese, 50 grams of brandy, ground black pepper, two teaspoons of granulated sugar, salt. Let's make a dish “vertuta with pumpkin”, a recipe with the addition of feta cheese.
We prepare the dough in the standard way, unless in order to make it stretch well, beat it off. Remember how our grandmothers threw him with force on a cutting board? This is exactly what we will do. Then wrap in cling film and remove for 40 minutes to the side. Now do the stuffing. Cut the pumpkin into medium-sized cubes and fry for 10 minutes in a mixture of oils. Pour brandy into the pan, pepper, salt, sprinkle with sugar and simmer for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and turn the pumpkin into mashed potatoes. Add to it the grated cheese, mix well.
