Every mother knows how useful dairy products are for the younger generation. But most of the parents are not lucky: the offspring reject them in their diet. Soft cottage cheese will come to the rescue: it produces wonderful delicacies that even the most capricious kid will not refuse. In addition, many of them are prepared without any difficulty, without taking forever not enough time.
In production, the curd mass is squeezed out without excessive pressure. A large amount of serum remains in it, due to which soft cottage cheese is formed. The recipes that include it, as a result, give very airy dishes that are accessible even to an almost toothless baby. There are a great many of them. You can always choose a treat that will appeal to your baby.
Honey dessert with nuts
This dish will require some fuss, albeit less than most baking. First, the cake is made: in a spoon of hot water a large spoon of sugar dissolves and combines with half a glass of flour. A quarter of a spoonful of nutmeg in powder and two tablespoons of chopped walnuts and seeds are added here. All this is ground to a coarse crumb, evenly crumbles in a greased form, rammed and baked for 12 minutes. At the same time, soft fat-free cottage cheese (a glass) is mixed with an egg, a spoonful of juice (orange or apple) and three tablespoons of honey. The homogeneous mass is distributed over the cake and again hides in the oven until the βfillingβ is browned. When the dessert has cooled slightly, it is cleaned in the refrigerator for half an hour and decorated with fruits.
Chocolate Eating
The next dessert offered is prepared without the use of "heavy artillery" in the form of a stove. Soft cottage cheese makes its way through the mixer, in another bowl - sour cream (200 grams per pound of cottage cheese). The masses are neatly mixed, chopped dried fruits are added to them (lay them depending on what your children love). Dessert is placed on the bowls, densely sprinkled with grated bitter chocolate and decorated with dried cherries (you can also use fresh berries if the season).
Pistachio treat
Natural yogurt is no less healthy and tasty than soft cottage cheese. And if you combine them, you can treat your loved ones with a wonderful dessert. Moreover, its preparation will take a matter of minutes. A pack of cottage cheese is mixed with a third liter of yogurt. Then a spoonful of sugar and two cream are introduced into the mass, and kneading is repeated. Large grapefruit is peeled and freed from the films, the flesh of the slices is coarsely cut. She draws desserts laid out in their bowls; Pistachios are generously poured on top.
Tender casserole
Almost every housewife makes casserole from cottage cheese. A dish from the category of quickly cooked gives a huge scope for culinary imagination and is readily used by everyone, from small to large. The simplest is cooked in an elementary way: 200 grams of soft cottage cheese is taken, mixed with two tablespoons of sugar, half a glass of raisins, an egg and four tablespoons of semolina, distributed in a greased form and baked until blush, about half an hour.
Soft persimmon cottage cheese casserole
Another casserole recipe is somewhat more laborious, but even a novice cook is quite capable of it. Three persimmons are freed from the skin and cut into small cubes. A pound of cottage cheese is mixed with half a cup of semolina, two spoons without a hill of sugar and an egg. The mass should stand for half an hour for the cereal to swell - there are quite a lot of it in this recipe. Then persimmon is mixed in the βdoughβ, and it is distributed in a form greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. The top of the casserole is smeared with fat sour cream, after which the form is removed for half an hour in the oven. It is delicious to eat dessert watered with any jam.
Curd Bagels
Most children are very supportive of donuts. However, this delicacy cannot be called useful: the dough contributes only to mass gain, and refined oil does not affect digestion and the work of other internal organs too well. A great substitute for donuts will be curd bagels. A pack of soft cottage cheese (180-200 grams) is mixed with an egg, a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar. The latter is no longer recommended to be strewed - baking in half the cases does not rise when the dose of sugar is exceeded.

When the mass is brought to uniformity, flour is poured into it. On average, it takes four spoons with a slide, but it greatly depends on the cottage cheese: adjust the amount of flour, adding a little of it. The dough should not stick to your hands, but there should not be too much flour in it. The base is divided into pieces from which sausages are rolled. Each of them is formed into a ring; they are placed on a baking sheet covered with parchment and sent to the oven until an even tan appears. Already slightly cooled (but not quite cold) bagels sprinkled with powdered sugar.
