Vinaigrette with peas: unusual recipes from ordinary products

Which of us is not familiar with this simple and tasty dish - vinaigrette with peas? In addition to the fact that such a salad has an excellent taste, it is also very healthy. After all, the vinaigrette consists of vegetables, which contain a large amount of vitamins. Therefore, you can make such a salad often, especially in the winter, when there is no variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. And here all the vegetables are available, and the dish turns out delicious. Vinaigrette is an inexpensive dish that we used to see on our table on weekdays. But this concept is true if you make the usual vinaigrette - a recipe with peas. And if you add some unusual ingredient to the vinaigrette, you will get an original salad that is not ashamed to decorate the holiday table. Classic pea vinaigrette

For this dish we need 400 grams of carrots, beets and potatoes, 2-3 pickles, onions, a can of green peas, any vegetable oil (2 tbsp.), Parsley, pepper and salt.

All vegetables must first be boiled. To do this, put the washed beets in a pan and pour water. Cook for about 20 minutes, add potatoes and carrots and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove vegetables from the stove and leave to cool until morning.

The next morning we clear all the vegetables from the peel. Then cut into cubes vegetables, cucumbers and onions. Add canned peas (previously draining water from a jar). We season the salad with vegetable oil, salt. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. It's time to the table!

Pea fish vinaigrette

For salad, we need the following ingredients: half a kilogram of fish, pickled cucumber, two potatoes, carrots and medium-sized beets, one each, onion, 2 tbsp. l canned peas, a couple of spoons of refined vegetable oil and mayonnaise.

As a fish for salad, fresh herring is most suitable. You can also use sardines, herring, horse mackerel and other fish that have dark meat. Separate the fillet from the fish, let it in, cool and cut into small pieces. Pre-cooked and peeled vegetables, cut into pieces, onion cut into strips. We combine all vegetables, add peas, season with oil, salt. Ready vinaigrette can be decorated with fish, green onions, beets and pour on top with a small amount of mayonnaise.

Mushroom vinaigrette with peas

This salad has an unusual and spicy taste, which makes it possible to serve it to the festive table. This vinaigrette suggests the presence of salted mushrooms. Of vegetables, we need two onions, carrots and potatoes, one medium-sized beet, fresh cucumber, a glass of canned peas, four tablespoons of vegetable oil, several lettuce leaves, lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons, parsley and celery.

Peel cooked vegetables before peeling and cut into cubes. We also cut onions and cucumbers into small cubes. Finely chop the salted mushrooms. Mix the butter and squeezed lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients, season with a prepared mixture of vegetable oil and lemon juice. On a portioned dish, lay out a leaf of salad, put vinaigrette on top and decorate with parsley or celery. A delicious and beautiful dish is ready!

Vinaigrette with peas and sauerkraut

For this dish, you need to take 400 grams of beets, potatoes and carrots, 200 grams of pickles and sauerkraut, 150 grams of onions, any vegetable oil, as well as salt.

Cook the beets, carrots and potatoes until cooked and let cool. Peel. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Prepared onions, pickles are also cut into small pieces. Chop the sauerkraut finely, if it is very salty, then rinse with water. We mix all the ingredients and season the salad with vegetable oil. Salt to taste. We put in a beautiful salad bowl and serve.
