The boy was born on August 19, 1952 in a family of repressed Moscow teachers, who later changed their place of residence to Norilsk. He grew up very kind and sensitive, since childhood he dreamed of entertaining everyone so that no one would ever shed tears on the planet.
After graduation, he decided to follow the acting path, easily entered GITIS, where he studied with Alexander Fatyushin and Igor Kostolevsky on the course of A. Goncharov. The director soon invited him to his house in the Mayakovsky Theater, but the young actor had to play in the crowd. in those days, Lazarev, Dzhigarkhanyan, Doronina, Leonov shone in the troupe. As a third-year student, he fell head over heels in love with first-year student Lyudmila Radchenko. The whole institute knew about their passion and called the couple “Romeo and Juliet”. The young people got married and soon became the parents of the son of Alexander, named after his father.

The second wife of Solovyov was Lyudmila Gnilova - one of his stage partners, 7 years older than Solovyov and had a young daughter. Soloviev met his third love - Irina Pechernikova in the clinic, where he underwent a course of treatment. Irina searched for him for a long time in hospitals and morgues. Knowing Sasha’s harsh character and his hot temper, she hoped that he simply left home and wandered around with friends somewhere, offended, as it had happened before. The actor’s body was cremated on January 25, 2000. An urn with ashes was buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery.
