Bavaria is a region of Germany that is famous all over the world for its master brewers. It was here that more than three centuries ago, the Paulaner beer appeared.
History reference

Only a few know that the Paulaner beer was first brewed by monks belonging to the Order of the Minims. This community was founded by St. Francis, who lived in the town of Paola in the 15th century and was canonized after his death. It was in his honor that the grateful novices called the aromatic drink of hops and malt. At first it was cooked only for himself. This beer was so thick and satisfying that it helped church attendants to easily survive numerous fasts. However, during the holidays, the monks gladly brought Paulaner beer to the city and sold it to everyone. Many liked the product, and this was the first recognition of the famous drink. His popularity grew rapidly, and he aroused keen interest in himself. At the beginning of the 19th century, a small brewery was rented, and then completely bought at that time by the famous Franz Xaver Zacherl. He organized the production of the famous dark beer using old technology on an industrial scale. A little later, after merging with Thomas Bräu brewery, a larger company was created, which first began to produce light Munich beer. The forms of ownership of the new enterprise have periodically changed, and currently Paulaner is part of the large Sherghuber corporation.
Range of products
Today, Paulaner is the largest brewery not only in Munich, but throughout Bavaria. Its products are honored to be presented at the famous Oktoberfest beer festival, which is constantly held in Germany. Beer Paulaner is one of the six companies that have such a right. In the production workshops of the company produces more than 16 varieties of this delicious drink. Among them, the most popular are:
- Paulaner Original Munchner Hell - a golden light lager with a wonderful aroma and aftertaste of natural hops.
- Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier, which is represented by two types: Dunkel (dark wheat beer) and Naturtrub (unfiltered, real German ale).
- Paulaner Maibier is a wonderful light beer with a pleasant caramel flavor.
Each of these varieties is unique in its own way. Common to them is only cooking technology. As you know, the basis of any wheat beer is horse-drawn fermentation. In this case, the yeast is on the surface and works at a temperature of + 18-22 degrees. You can’t cook such a product at home in winter. That is why wheat beer has long been called "summer". Unfiltered varieties are especially liked by consumers. In them, in accordance with the technological process, a small amount of yeast is stored in dissolved form. This creates a special bouquet and makes the taste of the drink simply unique.
What does the buyer think

Interestingly, Paulaner is a beer, reviews of which are always positive. Most note its mild, unusually pleasant taste. This real Bavarian drink never bothers. It can be drunk for years, never tired of enjoying the excellent quality and unsurpassed art of German brewers. And the next morning, such a product never hurts my head. This is largely due to the fact that it is Munich beer that is sold anywhere in the world. No fakes or analogues. From the bottle of any "Paulaner" are the most vivid impressions. If we talk about the domestic consumer, then the Russian fans of the foamy drink are confused only by the price. Of course, beer from German factories is more expensive than ours. But this difference in price is justified, because for the quality and pleasure, as they say, you have to pay. Most buyers also note the complete absence of any preservatives. This important factor suggests that the sale is just a natural product, and not a copy of it. This is understandable, because a large reputable corporation cannot afford deception and lack of professionalism.
In the best German traditions
A lot of consumers have recently turned their close attention to Paulaner beer. The manufacturer makes every effort for this. The main principles of the company’s policy are loyalty to centuries-old traditions and love of their work. Only a combination of these two qualities allows her to make a product that millions love. Even in antiquity, this beer was called "Bavarian champagne" and served at the royal table on major holidays. A lot of time has passed since then, but the Paulaner company has not changed its principles a bit. Today it is the largest beer factory in Bavaria . He produces his products in glass bottles and cans with a capacity of 0.5 liters, as well as in kegs of 5 liters each. Here, the interest of absolutely any buyer is taken into account. And in confirmation of quality on each label there is an image of St. Francis, who is rightfully considered the founder of this product.
