Chicken meat with mushrooms - a classic combination. Due to the harmonious taste, dishes from these ingredients are popular. It is very simple and quick to cook chicken thighs with mushrooms. For example, put them out in a creamy sauce, bake with potatoes or make original rolls.
With wild mushrooms in a creamy sauce
The following ingredients will be required for cooking:
- two chicken thighs;
- one onion;
- 100 g of sour cream;
- 100 g of frozen forest mushrooms;
- a mixture of peppers;
- greens;
- salt.
Cooking chicken thighs with mushrooms:
- Finely chop the onion and fry in a saucepan in butter.
- Add frozen forest mushrooms and simmer them for another 12 minutes.
- Put the hips, pepper and salt in the pan, pour the broth or water so that the liquid covers the pieces of chicken. Simmer for about one hour, but at least 40 minutes.
- Put sour cream in a saucepan, add greens, wait for the boil to turn off.
The dish needs to be allowed to brew for about 30 minutes. Then you can lay out the plates and call the household to the table.
With potatoes
Chicken thighs with mushrooms will turn out to be very tasty and satisfying if you bake them with potatoes.
The following ingredients will be required:
- six pieces of chicken thighs;
- 800 g of potatoes;
- seven pieces of champignons;
- three cloves of garlic;
- two teaspoons of sunli hop;
- a tablespoon of sunflower oil;
- two tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- hot red pepper to taste;
- salt.
Cooking chicken thighs with mushrooms in the oven:
- Potatoes cut into cubes.
- Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil, put the potatoes into it, salt and sprinkle with hot pepper, mix.
- Cut the champignons into slices and put on the potatoes.
- Wash the hips, salt, sprinkle the hops-suneli, add the garlic, passed through the press, and mayonnaise. Mix everything properly. Put chicken thighs on potatoes.

Mushrooms stuffed with chicken
The following foods should be prepared for this unusual dish;
- 8 chicken thighs;
- 0.3 kg of mushrooms (champignons);
- 50 grams of cheese;
- mayonnaise;
- pepper, salt.
Cooking Stuffed Hips:
- Wash the chicken thighs, drain the water, cut the bone with a thin knife. Discard the flesh lightly, covered with a bag or cling film, then salt, sprinkle with pepper. Leave for half an hour to soak. After that, grease them with mayonnaise, roll them up, put them in a suitable dish, cover and put in the refrigerator for three hours.
- Cut the mushrooms as finely as possible so that it is easier to wrap them in a chicken shell.
- Remove the rolls from the refrigerator, unfold, put mushrooms on them and roll them again.
- Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with vegetable oil, lay the rolls with the seam down, cover with foil and put in a heated oven. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the rolls with grated cheese. Bake the dish without foil for another 15 minutes.
