Chicken, Mushroom and Cream Pasta Recipe
For cooking, you will need the following ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken, it is better to take breasts;
- 500 g of mushrooms, for example, champignons;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 100 g of hard cheese;
- 4 fresh tomatoes;
- half of a small onion;
- a handful of finely chopped green onions and 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 tbsp. l butter;
- half a liter of nonfat (10%) cream;
- 500 g paste pepe rigate or other pasta to your taste.

First, boil the pasta as indicated on the packet. So the paste will be prepared. The chicken recipe implies that you should cut the meat into small pieces, add chopped onions and fry in a small amount of oil for 7-10 minutes. In a separate frying pan, already in butter, you should fry the mushrooms with garlic squeezed into them, salt and pepper everything. Remove the peel from the tomato (to do this, dip them in boiling water for a few seconds), and then cut into rings. At the final stage of cooking, the pasta with chicken should be baked in the oven, so to fill, mix with a whisk until the cream and eggs are uniform, also salt and sprinkle with a small amount of pepper. When everything is ready, put half the boiled flour products on the greased baking sheet, and then layers - chicken, mushrooms, tomatoes, green onions, cover with the second half of pasta. Pour the cream and egg mixture on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Send to bake in the oven (temperature should be 180-200 degrees) for 15 minutes. As a result, you will get pasta with filling, covered with a delicious cheese crust. Thanks to its beautiful appearance, this dish can also be served for a family celebration.
Pasta: recipe with chicken, tomato and basil
Compared with the previous cooking option, this dish will take you half the time and will be a great dinner even for those who follow a diet. It contains no cream and similar high-calorie components, only vegetables and lean meat. For cooking you will need:
- 300 g of chicken (breast);
- 1 small onion;
- a few cloves of garlic;
- half a can of canned tomatoes;
- a bunch of fresh basil;
- pasta to your taste;
- some olive oil, salt and spices.
Chicken breasts must be cut into small pieces, finely chop the onion and garlic. First, fry the vegetables in olive oil, this should take no more than 5 minutes, then put the chicken in the same frying pan. Stir, cook another 5 minutes, then add the tomatoes and finely chopped basil. The sauce needs to be salt and pepper, leave to simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes. At the same time, you can boil pasta. When everything is ready, put the products on a plate and pour the desired amount of sauce.
