Kefir cake

- 2 cups (approximately 400 grams) of flour;

- 2 cups (approximately 400 ml) of kefir;
- 1 cup (approximately 200 grams) of sugar.
For the cream you will need: 200 ml of kefir, about 100 grams (you can slightly less) sugar, vanilla.
How to make kefir cake
Mix the eggs with a glass of granulated sugar. Use a blender or mixer for this. Ultimately, the resulting mixture should be uniform and white. Pour kefir into it. Soda should be repaid first. To do this, drop a couple of drops of table vinegar on it. Put the resulting mixture into the dough. Now slowly pour the flour. Stir. It should be soft dough. Divide it into three equal parts. Using a rolling pin, roll each of the pieces into a cake of the desired diameter. Cakes should be baked in the oven. It will take approximately 20 minutes.
Cooking cream
Kefir mix with sugar and vanilla. Whip the cream with a mixer. You can add jam or jam to the mass. When the cakes are ready and cooled, grease them with kefir cream. Kefir cake can be decorated with chocolate on top. The dessert needs time to soak, after which it can be served.
Chocolate Kefir Cake
For this recipe, use:
- 2 cups (about 400 grams) of kefir;
- 3 eggs;
- a glass with a slide (about 250 grams) of flour;
- a few tablespoons of cocoa powder;
- a glass (about 200 grams) of sugar;
- two tablespoons of soda;
- about 50 grams of poppy;
- 600 ml cream;
- a bag (10 grams) of gelatin;
- a few tablespoons of butter;
- a glass (200 ml) of milk;
- a bag of vanillin;
- about a glass of lingonberry jam (or any other);
- 3 tablespoons jelly of different colors;
- a spoon of orange zest.
Cooking: 1st step
Take half the granulated sugar and beat it with one egg. You should get a lush foam, which will increase in volume by 1.5 times. Add kefir to it and whisk again. Mix cocoa with flour and soda. Gently inject the mixture into the liquid mass. Whisk. There is no need to extinguish soda, as it is extinguished by kefir.

4th step
