Fresh sauce spoils very quickly, and you can’t always buy it, and options for long storage often have a “chemical” taste due to the addition of a large number of preservatives. - 150 ml of cold milk;
- 300 ml of any vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp. l mustard and bite (lemon juice);
- to taste sugar, salt and spices like garlic, herbs, etc.
First, whisk milk and vegetable oil in a mixer or blender. After add vinegar, mustard and spices. Beat until the sauce is thick. When your mayonnaise is ready, you can make a wonderful addition from it, for example, to dishes of vegetables or meat. For the sauce, take:
- 1 ripe avocado;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of homemade mayonnaise ;
- juice of one lime or a couple of teaspoons of lemon;
- a quarter teaspoon of salt and a little white pepper.
Peel the avocado, take out the stone and cut the pulp into pieces. Put them in a blender along with other ingredients and beat well for 30 seconds. After a delicious sauce of excellent creamy consistency is ready.
