Currently, doctors are increasingly seeing diseases of the digestive system in people, in particular, such an organ as the liver. Due to frequent alcohol and drug intoxications, hepatitis, hereditary metabolic disorders, a disease such as cirrhosis of the liver is observed, the symptoms of which begin to manifest immediately.
Cirrhosis is a liver disease that progresses rapidly, forming nodes and changing the tissue of an organ, and the functions of the organ gradually fade away, its cells die and the liver is destroyed. So cirrhosis of the liver has various symptoms, and they are expressed depending on the form of the disease. The most common forms of the disease are liver failure, hypertension, cancer and various bactericidal infections. At the same time, cirrhosis of the liver has negative consequences, as it occupies a leading place among diseases of the digestive system, which lead to death. Cirrhosis develops most often in males between the ages of twenty and sixty years.
In medicine, it is customary to distinguish three types of liver cirrhosis :
1. Large-site. Nodes of various sizes are formed, which does not lead to organ regeneration.
2. Small-sized. Small nodes are formed that affect the entire liver, and organ regeneration is quite slow. This type of disease is characteristic of alcoholism or anemia.
3. Mixed. Regeneration of the liver with small-node cirrhosis leads to the development of a mixed type of disease, and then to large-node cirrhosis.
The reasons for which liver cirrhosis develops, its symptoms, by the way, are similar to the symptoms of hepatitis, cause such factors: malnutrition, infections, granulomatosis, alcoholism (25% of infected). The reasons for the development of cirrhosis are hepatitis (80% of infected) and cryptogenic cirrhosis (10% of infected), in which there is no explanation for the appearance of the disease. The most severe form of cirrhosis is alcoholic cirrhosis.
Also, a disease such as liver cirrhosis, symptoms of its appearance can be observed with impaired blood circulation and bile secretion, copper and iron metabolism, has bleak prospects.
This disease is formed for a long time, while the organ genes change, creating new pathologically altered cells that grow. In this case, venous blood circulation is disturbed and arterial blood flow is reduced, which leads to varicose veins of the esophagus membrane and one of the sections of the stomach with subsequent hemorrhages inside the body.
We can say that liver cirrhosis symptoms has other diseases, for example, weakness, upset stomach, pain in the abdomen and joints, and an increase in temperature can occur. Further, the symptoms are fully manifested, as the liver stops working. Here you can observe bloating, intolerance to food and alcohol, indigestion and vomiting, pain in the area of โโa diseased organ, a sharp decrease in body weight, jaundice and skin itching. In all cases, the liver grows in size.
In general, the symptoms of the disease depend on the stage of the disease and the activity of the inflammatory process. Studies show that 60% of infected people have a clear picture of the manifestation of cirrhosis, 20% of people have a hidden course of the disease, and the remaining 20% โโare unaware of the disease and detect it during medical examinations.
Thus, cirrhosis of the symptoms, the treatment has those that help reduce the anti-infective immunity of a person, therefore antibacterial drugs and immunosuppressants are used. With timely treatment, a fatal outcome is unlikely, however, if the disease is started, it develops into liver failure and leads to death of a person. Today, there are a large number of drugs that can cope with the disease.
