the pumpkin family, but has a number of differences from each other:

Zucchini dishes are extremely diverse. Minimum heat treatment of the vegetable is recommended, as delicate pulp quickly sour and boil. The ideal method of cooking is steaming. Thanks to this, zucchini retain their appearance and all their useful properties. Salads are very tasty and light.
Zucchini and apple salad. Required: 1 medium-sized zucchini, 2-3 sour apples, nuts (any), raisins, 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, lemon juice and some honey. Zucchini and apples cut into small cubes, chop nuts, but not finely. Sprinkle apples with lemon juice so as not to darken. Mix everything, add a little honey, but if the apples are sweet, then you can do without it. The salad is ready - it is easy to prepare and insanely tasty.
Another very popular dish is zucchini fritters.
Necessary ingredients: zucchini - 2, garlic - 2, flour - 500 grams, egg - 2, dill, salt, sugar, ground pepper, olive oil for frying. Grate the zucchini, crush the garlic in a garlic press, mix all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Fry for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. When serving, you can pour sour cream on it.
The fastest and easiest way to cook: cut the vegetable into circles, put on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with grated parmesan with garlic and favorite spices, bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
