According to the recipe, you should not use a large number of other ingredients, a small amount of herbs and spices will be enough. They will not interrupt the natural taste of fish, only add a little magical aroma to it. The following components are required:

  • half a lemon;

  1. We wash the fish, clean it from the scales, wash it off once again with giblets. Along the ridge we make a deep incision, slightly push the pulp apart, and, continuing to make small incisions along the edges of the fish, divide it into two halves. We remove the ridge, tail and all, even the smallest, bones.

  2. Using a sharp knife, on one of the fillets we make fairly deep cross-shaped incisions.

  3. We will prepare the filling: a feather of green onion (not too large), cut diagonally, sweet pepper in half rings, chop ginger and garlic. We clean the boiled shrimp and cut it lengthwise into 2 parts. In olive oil, fry vegetables for four minutes, pour in the cream and boil until thick. After that, put the shrimp and cook for just a minute more. Remove from heat and add salt to the mass.

  4. On a sheet of foil, the size of a baking sheet, lay the fillet. We place four stretches of twine thirty cm long on it, leaving equal intervals between them. The distance between the cuts should be no more than 2 cm, so that the fish is completely saturated with marinade.

The basis for the marinade is mayonnaise, to which we add seasonings for fish, chopped rosemary and dill, chopped garlic and a small pinch of sea salt. It must be remembered that when cooking salmon in foil in the oven, the minimum amount of salt should be used entirely. We let the marinade stand for about 30 minutes.

All vegetables are cut into strips or cubes and fried in olive oil. Passing is carried out over high heat in order to evaporate excess moisture. Sauteed vegetables mixed with one tbsp. l marinade, should get a lot of thick consistency. The olives are cut into rings that are not too thick.
