Mushroom pasta in creamy sauce

  • pasta - 450 g;
  • champignons - 650 g;
  • cream - 260 ml;
  • Parmesan - 45 g;
  • flour - 1 tablespoon;

For cooking you will need:

  • ham - 340 g;
  • champignons - 420 g;
  • cream - 460 ml;
  • pasta - 450 g;
  • cheese - 130 g;

Boil water in a pan. Meanwhile, cut the ham into cubes. Chop mushrooms with thin plates. Now put the mushrooms in a pan and add a couple of drops of oil, then fry a little for 6 minutes. Now pour the cream, add a little salt and pepper. Cook all this until thickened. Pour paste into boiling water, boil and strain. Now grate the cheese. When the creamy sauce becomes thick, add bacon to it, then add grated cheese in five minutes. Stir the mixture over low heat until the cheese melts.   • spaghetti - 400 g;
  • onion - a few pieces;
  • cream - 260 g;
  • garlic - 3 cloves;
  • Parmesan - 70 g;
  • champignons - about 10 pieces;
  • bacon - 120 g;
  • olive oil;
  • quail eggs - 7-8 pieces;
  • basil - a branch;
  • Italian herbs
  • salt.

First you need to boil salted water. Meanwhile, cut the bacon into small cubes, chop the mushrooms, chop the onion finely. Peel and chop the garlic.
