How to cook chicken breast with pineapple? Simple and fast!

One of the main advantages of chicken is that it blends perfectly with a huge amount of food. The fillet of this bird can be prepared in hundreds of different ways and each of the prepared dishes will be unique. This article will discuss how chicken breasts are combined with pineapples and what can be prepared from them.

All dishes that can be prepared using chicken meat and fresh or canned pineapples as a basis can conditionally be divided into three large subgroups - hot main dishes, salads and snacks.

To prepare most of the main courses, chicken breast is ideal in this case. Pineapple in the recipes described below means a canned product that can be cut into rings or slices. The easiest way is to take two chicken breasts for three to four servings, rinse them well and cut into four large pieces. Then carefully rub the meat with spices and salt and send to a hot pan, on which it is first necessary to melt a tablespoon of butter. When the meat is almost ready, add to it one hundred grams of diced pineapples, grated apple on a coarse grater and a tablespoon of tomato paste. The marinade is prepared very simply: mix four tablespoons of vegetable oil and the same amount of soy sauce, add salt, a little red pepper, chopped garlic clove and a teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice. After that, put the pineapple slices on the meat and wrap it. Now it remains to dip the rolls in the egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry until tender.
