Bischofite. Use in the treatment of diseases

Bischofite, the use of which saves from many ailments, is a natural mineral that contains bromine, silicon, molybdenum, iron and iodine. This substance is obtained from brine while drilling wells. It began to be used for medicinal purposes, after it was noticed that washing the hands with this substance reduces pain in numerous joint diseases, which suffer from drilling rig workers. They also noted resorption of arthritic nodules. As a result of further studies, it turned out that the brine has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory, warming effect and causes a comfortable feeling of warmth in the place of application.

Bischofite, the use of which eliminates the aforementioned ailments, is used externally. The dosage form of the drug is a paste or brine in a glass container.

Indications for use:

- lumbalgia,

- rheumatoid arthritis,

- deforming arthrosis,

- muscle contractures,

- sciatica,

- chronic diseases of the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular apparatus.

A contraindication to the use of the drug is hypersensitivity to its components and the acute stage of the disease. The use of this drug over a long period of time can cause allergic reactions and irritation at the place of application. If it has been used for more than ten hours in a row, an overdose may occur, accompanied by uncomfortable sensations on the skin.

Bischofite. Home use

The brine of this drug is used in the form of compresses. The first stage is the preparation of problem areas for the procedure. The joint, lower back, or other area is warmed for five minutes using a blue lamp or heating pad. Then the brine is diluted in water in a ratio of 1: 1 and rubbed with light massaging movements in a sore spot. Then gauze, pre-soaked with this substance, is applied to the pain site, covered with wax paper and covered with a warm down scarf. The resulting compress must be kept for at least ten hours, then the skin should be cleaned of this drug with warm water. Such procedures should be carried out 10 times every other day.

If bischofite, the use of which eases pain, is used in the form of an ointment, it must be rubbed three times a day. The duration of the massage is two minutes. The duration of treatment should not exceed two weeks, after a month the course can be repeated. It should be remembered that at the same time no more than three large joints can be treated with this drug.

People suffering from cardiovascular diseases are advised to use such a drug in small doses, while the procedure time should be no more than six hours, and the number of joints affected is not more than one. In the treatment of the elderly and young children, the brine should be diluted with water (150-200 grams of the substance per liter of liquid). It is noted that such a tool does not adversely affect a woman and a child during the period of gestation and lactation.

This drug drops out of solution in the form of salts and crystals, they settle on linen and skin, thereby causing extreme inconvenience to patients. In case of significant exacerbation of pain and discomfort during the procedures, they should be canceled and treatment with other drugs should be prescribed.

Bischofite brine and ointment are not the only forms of drug release. It is also produced in the form of a paste-like brine and patch. At the same time, it was proved that this kind of effect on a substance does not have a detrimental effect on its medicinal qualities.
