- 200 g of pork pulp;
- two large onions;
- garlic - three cloves;
- 200 g of noodles;
- 200 g beef tenderloin;
- one carrot;
- 200 g of hard cheese;
- two tomatoes;
- three tsp sour cream 25%;
- vegetable oil (for frying);
- seasonings and spices (to taste);
