The recipe for sorbet N1: for tea
Ingredients: 200 g of walnuts, 400 g of cookies, 250 ml of cream, milk candy "cow" - 400 g.
Preparation: grind cookies into crumbs, fry the walnut until golden brown and break into pieces with your hands. Put the sweets and cream into the pan, put on the fire and wait until the caramel melts. Remove from heat, add nuts and cookies. Mix the mass well and put in a mold covered with a film. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, cut into pieces.
Sorbet N2 Recipe : Ice Cream
Ingredients: 800 fresh or frozen berries (any), 1 orange, 2-3 tbsp honey, mint for decoration, a pinch of vanillin
Preparation: grind berries, honey, vanillin and orange juice in a blender, put in dishes and put in the freezer.
Sorbet N3 Recipe : Lemon Drink
Ingredients: 3 lemons, 3 glasses of water, 2-3 glasses of sugar.
Preparation: chop the zest, removed from the lemon, and dry. Dissolve sugar in water and boil sugar syrup. Add the zest to it and cook for another 3 minutes. Pour the whole lemon juice into the syrup. Serve chilled.
Sorbet N4 Recipe : Orange
Ingredients: 4, 5 cups of orange juice, 150 g of sugar, zest of one lemon.
Preparation: pour juice into an enameled pan, add sugar and cook until a thick syrup is obtained (about 20-25 minutes). Pour the chopped lemon zest and cook for a couple more minutes. Strain the syrup through cheesecloth, refrigerate and bottle. If desired, ice and water can be added.
Recipe for the preparation of sorbet N5: milk
Ingredients: 200 ml of milk, 100 g of vanilla ice cream, 60 ml of pineapple juice, two egg yolks, 20 ml of lemon syrup.
Preparation: put ice cream in a glass. Stir with pineapple juice, lemon syrup, egg yolks and chilled milk (it is better to take pasteurized). Pour into ice cream and mix well.
Recipe for Sherbet N6: Chocolate
Ingredients: chocolate bar, 180 ml of vanilla syrup, 1 yolk, 50 g of coffee ice cream.
Preparation: boil the chocolate, beat the yolks well. Mix all the ingredients. Cool.
