'Abaktal': instructions, warnings

Among the popular antibacterial drugs with a wide spectrum of action, the Abactal antibiotic is especially notable. Its active substance is pefloxacin, which perfectly fights with most gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, some intracellular pathogens. Pefloxacin belongs to the second generation of synthetic antibiotics belonging to the fluoroquinolone group. This means that a fluorine molecule is present in the medicine, which enhances the effect of the Abactal preparation. The instruction contains information that the drug actively destroys streptococci, staphylococci, listeria, salmonella, klibseylla and dozens of other microorganisms.

Penetrating into the body’s body fluids, its tissues, Abactal organs, it binds to plasma proteins. Accumulating in the mitral valve, aortic valve, in saliva, sputum, prostate gland, amniotic fluid, abdominal cavity, the drug binds to plasma proteins.
