  • 1 large chicken breast.
  • 1 large tomato.
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of finely chopped parsley.
  • 1 tbsp. l finely chopped dill.
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of milk.
  • 100 grams of hard cheese.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour.
  • 1 tsp seasonings for chicken.

  1. Wash, dry and carefully cut the breast into four thin layers with a very sharp knife. Each of them is slightly beaten off and seasoned with chicken spices and salt. Leave the fillet for a while so that the spices are absorbed into the meat.
  2. From flour, 1 egg and milk with the addition of chopped dill, prepare a lezon. It should be thick enough, but not as thick as sour cream, but a little thinner. In it, dip each layer of chicken fillet and fry on both sides until light golden in hot oil.
  3. Separately cook the cheese fudge. To do this, grate the cheese on a fine grater, add one beaten egg to it, a little (2-3 tbsp. Tablespoons) of light mayonnaise. Stir everything well.
  4. First, cut the tomato in half, and then in half circles.
  5. Lay out prepared fillet layers on a baking sheet.
  6. On top of each layer, carefully place 3-4 petals of tomato in the form of a fan.
