"Fluzamed" is an antifungal agent whose active substance is fluconazole. The duration of the necessary therapy is determined by the doctor individually. Instructions for use "Fluzamed" means that the drug is prescribed in the following cases:
- in the treatment of vaginal candidiasis (in acute and recurrent forms);
- in the treatment of candidal balanitis;
- in order to prevent recurrence of vaginal candidiasis;
- with fungal diseases of the ears (ear drops "Fluzamed");
- with fungal ophthalmic infections.

Difluzole
"Difluzole" - an analogue of "Fluzamed 150" is a representative of a new class of drugs, triazole compounds. It acts by suppressing the biosynthesis of sterols, which are necessary for the formation of fungal cell membranes. It has the ability to penetrate almost all environments and tissues of the body, including cerebrospinal fluid, sweat, saliva and sputum.
It is excreted unchanged by the kidneys. The drug has a rather long half-life (30 hours), so it is possible to take it once a day.

Dosage and administration
The drug "Difluzole", an analogue of "Fluzamed", the instructions for use have the following:
- Cryptococcosis: 400 mg of the drug on the first day of treatment, then 200-400 mg.
- Meningitis: depending on the effectiveness provided, therapy may be continued for up to two months.
