Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

  • dark chocolate - 125 g;
  • milk chocolate - 125 g;
  • fat sour cream - 100 ml;
  • butter - 50 g;
  • cocoa - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • strong coffee - 4 tbsp. l .;
  • powdered sugar - 4 tbsp. l

Cooking

Finely chop the milk and dark chocolate and place in a cup. Melt it in a water bath, then cool slightly and stir in sour cream. Allow the mixture to cool completely.

Heat the butter to room temperature and whisk it with a tablespoon of coffee. Add the chocolate mixture and mix well. Cover the mass with foil and refrigerate for about an hour. Then, with a small spoon, pinching a small piece from the mass, form truffles.

Arrange cocoa, coffee and icing sugar in three plates. Roll truffles in all plates in turn and refrigerate. Homemade sweets are ready!

Caramel

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 3 cups;
  • glass of water;
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp. l

Cooking

Cook sugar until it thickens (when, when scraping from a spoon, the frozen syrup does not seem to โ€œclickโ€, lagging behind). When cooking, syrup should not be disturbed!

Next, pour everything onto a skillet greased with sunflower oil and cool slightly.

When you can tolerate the temperature of the syrup with your hands, begin to stretch the sugar mass. The longer and stronger you do it, the more you get homemade sweets.

Pull the flagella out of the caramels, chop them and color them with beetroot juice.

Raffaello

Ingredients:

  • butter - 200 grams;
  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • vanilla sugar or cognac (slightly, to taste);
  • coconut flakes - 200 grams;
  • almonds - a glass.

Cooking

To cook "Raffaello", mash with a fork butter, previously heated to room temperature. Mix it with condensed milk, add cognac (vanillin) and 100 g of coconut flakes. Whip all this until you get a homogeneous cream.

Take it to the refrigerator for a day. After the specified time, remove the thickened cream and begin to form sweets.

Take a cream with a teaspoon and roll balls out of it, inside each of which place one almond nut.

Roll the finished sweets in the remaining half of the coconut flakes and put them on a dish or in a beautiful box. To prevent them from melting, keep them in the refrigerator.

These home-made Raffaello candies are not too similar to the store ones. They are more tender. Therefore, when removing them from the refrigerator, do not keep them in the hot room for too long - they will begin to thaw.

Ingredients:

creamy ice cream - 1 pack;

mixture "Baby" or milk powder (half a pack);

cocoa.

Cooking

Put the ice cream in a bowl, add the milk powder, mix everything thoroughly to the consistency of the dough and divide into as many equal parts as you are going to make sweets.

Roll them into balls and sprinkle cocoa.

Place in the fridge and wait for your homemade sweets to solidify.
