Filled tartlets

To prepare the dough you will need 1 egg, 120 grams of butter and 230 grams of flour. It is necessary to mix the cubes of chilled butter with flour until crushed, and then add the egg and knead. The dough must be cooled for an hour, and then rolled and baked in molds.

Stuffed tartlets can be made in puff pastry baskets. To do this, you need to cut the finished dough into squares and add them in the form
boats. After the baskets are ready, you can fill them with anything.

Shrimp and Pesto Tartlets

This delicious and beautiful appetizer will add Italian flair to any table. To prepare this dish you will need tiger prawns, parmesan, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil and garlic. For the sauce in a blender, grind the basil leaves with olive oil, add pine nuts, garlic and parmesan. Fill the tartlets with sauce, top with peeled shrimp and half a cherry tomato. Bake the tartlets in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, until the shrimp turns pink.
