In addition, this preparation can be done not only using the named fruit, but also with the use of various berries (cherries, plums, etc.). Next, the apricots should be slightly cut with a knife in the middle, and then manually break them into two halves. After this, it is necessary to remove the seeds from the fruits, which, if desired, can be chopped and, after taking out the nuts, send them together with the pulp for canning.

Before making apricot in syrup for the winter, you should prepare several small glass jars. They are recommended to be sterilized by scalding with boiling water. Next, you need to boil the syrup in a separate pan (400-500 grams of granulated sugar should fall on 1 liter of drinking water) and pour it into all the jars filled with fruits and berries. Then the blanks should be rolled up, turned over and put under the blanket for further cooling.
