Chicken breast roll can be cooked both in the oven and on a gas stove using a large amount of vegetable oil. Essential ingredients for the dish:
- chilled chicken fillet - 650 g;
- low fat mayonnaise - 4-6 large spoons;

- hard cheese - 90-110 g;
- iodized salt - 2/3 teaspoon.
The process of preparing a meat product
To make the chicken breast roll softer and more tender, only fresh, chilled meat should be used . It must be washed, cleaned of skin and bones, and then cut into large layers with a thickness of 1.7 centimeters.
