Foam drink lovers are familiar with a product called Lakinskoye. Beer of this brand since 1966 has been produced at the factory of the same name, located in one of the small towns of the Vladimir region.
Brand history
In a small village on the banks of the Undolka River, in the seventies of the last century, Russian consumer cooperatives opened a small enterprise for the production of beer.
The capacity of the plant was relatively small. He supplied his products mainly to nearby regions. “Lakinskoe” beer was in sufficient demand in those years. He was respected for his good taste and excellent quality. This was explained by the fact that natural mineral water was used for the production of the drink, which to this day is extracted from an artesian well located directly on the territory of the enterprise. After a difficult period of survival in the distant nineties, at the beginning of the two thousandth began to increase production capacity. New bottling lines were launched. Now Lakinskoe beer is produced not only in glass containers with a capacity of 0.5 liters, but also in kegs and PET bottles of 1.5 and 2.0 liters each.
The assortment has also expanded. If earlier only Lakinskoye beer was the representatives of this brand: Original, 21st Century, Yubileynoe, Classical and Svetloye, then a few years later new varieties appeared: Lux, Zolotistoe, and BOOMER "and" 33 region ". Over time, the famous Rudo group of companies acquired the local plant, and since the beginning of 2008 it has already been considered its branch.

Thanks to the new owner, they learned about beer from the Vladimir outback in many cities of Russia. Now it can be found even on the shelves of shops in Moscow and St. Petersburg. True, not everything is as good as we would like. Despite the positive feedback from experts, many people still do not risk buying Lakinskoe beer. Reviews about this product among the people were not quite flattering. Many believe that merging with a large corporation did not benefit the product.
Although the technology of its production provides for natural fermentation, due to which the product completely retains minerals and other useful substances. The finely-tart aroma and pleasant bitterness of the product give selected malt and the famous Czech hops. But most buyers agree that all this was characteristic of past Lakinsk beer. Now it has become watery and bitter. And the head in the morning for some reason hurts in earnest. The only thing that pleases is the price, which is kept at the lowest level.
Famous variety
Beer "Lakinskoye Original" began to be produced even from the beginning of the opening of the factory. This is one of the oldest varieties that is still produced at the enterprise. To do this, use: malt, artesian water, hops, rice and sugar. The result is a product with an alcohol content of 4.7 percent. According to technological features, it is a light lager obtained by the method of bottom fermentation, so that the drink acquires an individual pleasant taste and a characteristic delicate aroma. This beer is produced, as a rule, in half-liter glass bottles and goes on sale at a very reasonable price.
Currently, it is considered the best of what local brewers have created over the entire existence of the plant. This product can rightfully be considered a business card of the enterprise. It fully complies with many years of tradition of quality and continues the history of the famous Lakinsky plant, which after reconstruction opened a kind of second wind.
