First, make sushi sauce: mix honey, half water, ½ soy sauce and rice vinegar. Warm the mixture until honey is dissolved. In a separate bowl, dilute corn starch with two tablespoons of water and pour it into the sauce. Warm up a little, so that the liquid becomes thick, and remove from the stove.

Making the dough: beat the eggs with the remaining water, sugar and soy sauce. Pour the ladle into the pan with the ladle and bake the pancake, when it is fried, it needs to be rolled up and left on the edge of the pan.
