How to choose

When choosing such mushrooms, give preference to those that have no defects. Champignon's hat should not be covered with dry skin, and also have spots and wrinkles on the surface. By the way, it is not recommended to use mushrooms with a hat diameter of more than 5 cm. Preparation
Before cooking, the mushrooms, the recipes with which this article is devoted, must first be cleaned with a sharp knife and thoroughly washed under running running water. It is not recommended to soak the mushrooms, as they can become watery and unsuitable for frying. Please note that champignons are the only mushrooms that can be eaten not only after heat treatment, but also raw. The only thing that needs to be done in this case is to rinse them thoroughly under a stream of clean water.
In addition, such mushrooms can be frozen. However, defrosting should occur only immediately before cooking, otherwise the champignons will turn black.
Braised mushrooms with garlic
This simple dish turns out very tasty and nutritious without much effort. For its preparation, peeled young champignons are cut in half and quickly washed in warm water, not allowing them to absorb moisture. Then the mushrooms are laid out on a paper towel and thoroughly dried. In vegetable oil put peeled and mashed garlic, salt and pepper. Transfer the mushrooms into a deep bowl, pour the cooked garlic oil. Leave to infuse for two hours. Then mushrooms and butter are spread in a heated pan, put on a small fire and simmer until cooked. Before serving, mushrooms sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
Fried champignons
You can cook such a dish in just 5-10 minutes. We recommend preparing bigger fried mushrooms, as your household will definitely ask for supplements.

- chop champignons and salt;
- roll chopped champignons in flour;
- fry them in sunflower oil.

- add cream and flour;
- mix and heat for 3-5 minutes over low heat, not boiling;

- 12 medium-sized fresh champignons;
- 1 tbsp. l chopped peeled garlic and vegetable oil;
- 250 grams of cream cheese;
- 4 tbsp. l grated cheese;
- ground black and red pepper on the tip of the knife.
Cooking method
According to this recipe, mushrooms in the oven are prepared as follows:
- wipe the mushrooms with a damp paper towel;
- break off the legs of champignons and chop them into small pieces;
- vegetable oil is heated in a large frying pan;
- add chopped champignon legs and chopped garlic;
- mushrooms are fried until the liquid evaporates;
- cool and add melted and hard cheese grated;
- seasoned with spices;

- 2 eggs;
- 2 fresh medium cucumbers;
- 1 large onion;

- 1 can (500 g) of canned corn;
- 1 chicken leg;
- sunflower oil;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- light mayonnaise.
Cooking Salad with Chicken and Mushrooms
The procedure is as follows:

- cut onions in half rings;

Cooking salad
Preparation of products begins with roasting walnut kernels in a dry pan for 5 minutes. Then they are cooled and cut together with mushrooms.
Peel the onion, finely cut into cubes. Mix in a bowl with salt, vinegar and tarragon. Finely chopped tarragon leaves are added. Pour olive oil and walnut. Beat the resulting mixture until an emulsion is obtained. Half is cast and it is filled with mushrooms and nuts. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
During this time, the Frieze salad is torn by hands into long pieces. Pour the remaining dressing and mix. Lay out lettuce on a rectangular dish. Spread mushrooms and nuts on top. Fill with the gas station that remains. Immediately served to the table.

- add salt and sugar to the water;
- boil;

- put the champignons in a sterilized jar;
- put a bay leaf on top;
- add peas of pepper;
- pour hot marinade;
