Salad as an accompanying or main dish can be obtained everywhere: at home and at work, on a business trip and on a chic vacation, in an expensive restaurant and a modest cafe. Salad with bell pepper and cheese
Here you will need 300 grams of chicken fillet and 300 grams of sweet pepper, 150 g each - fresh cucumbers and cheese (hard), dill, salt, mayonnaise.
In slightly salted water, cook until tender chicken fillet and cut it into small cubes. My pepper, remove the seeds. And together with cucumbers and cheese we cut in the same cubes as chicken. Mix everything, add chopped dill, salt and season with mayonnaise.
