Aloe in ampoules

Aloe in ampoules is a liquid extract for injection from brownish yellow to light yellow in color with a slight fruity odor. Auxiliary components: water for injection, sodium chloride.

The drug belongs to the group of medicines that can regulate metabolic processes, biogenic stimulants of natural (natural) origin. Aloe in ampoules enhances the physiological functions of the body, accelerating the regenerative processes in the tissues, enhances the general non-specific resistance (resistance).

Aloe vera extract in ampoules is used in ophthalmology in the treatment of keratitis, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, iritis, and opacities in the vitreous body. The drug is also indicated for inflammatory vascular ocular ailments, optic atrophy, retinitis pigmentosa, trachoma, progressive myopia, and others.

Aloe in ampoules is used for diseases in the female genital area, with cicatricial changes in tissues, bronchial asthma, trophic skin ulcers of various nature, tuberculous lesions, scleroderma. In neurology, the drug is prescribed for peripheral neuritis, residual effects from past strokes, polyneuritis and other pathologies.

In the presence of sediment before opening, the container with the drug should be shaken until a uniform suspension is formed.

The drug is administered subcutaneously. Adults every day 1 ml, children after five years - 0.5 ml, up to five years - 0.2-0.3 ml. The daily (maximum) dosage for adults is 4 ml.

In case the injections cause pain, 0.5 ml of novocaine (2% solution) is injected before the injection.

The therapeutic course consists of thirty to fifty injections. Re-use of the drug is carried out after a two or three-month break.

Tuberculous lesions suggest the introduction of a drug with 0.2 ml, with a gradual increase in dose.

In asthma (bronchial), the drug is used for ten to fifteen days, every day 1-1.5 ml. Further, the introduction is carried out every two days. The therapeutic course is thirty to thirty-five injections.

The use of aloe in ampoules can cause side effects in the form of allergic rashes, fever.

The drug is contraindicated for cardiovascular pathologies of severe course, pregnancy (especially in the second half of the term), hypertension, acute gastrointestinal disorders, severe forms of nephritis.

With extreme caution, the drug is administered to children. The use of the drug in young patients should be monitored by a specialist.

Aloe enhances the effect of laxatives and medicines that can stimulate blood formation.

The drug must be stored at a temperature of eight to twenty-five degrees, in a place protected from light. The drug is valid for three years. After the expiration date, the product should not be used.

Suspension in the medication is permissible during storage of the precipitate. When shaking the ampoule, as a rule, it passes into a solution of uniform consistency.

In pharmacies, the drug is allowed for sale by prescription.

Aloe is also used as a cosmetic product, which includes gallostine hydrolyzate, collagen hydrolyzate, vitamin E, plant extract and thermal water. It is used for lifting the skin around the eyes. The tool in this composition provides protection against premature aging, prevents and eliminates wrinkles. A cosmetic preparation has a tissue-strengthening and moisturizing effect, a pronounced “pull-up” effect.

From the ampoule, the cosmetic is applied to the area near the eyes and rubbed with your fingertips with light massaging movements.
