We make the dough: beat eggs with sugar (0.5 tbsp), add salt, soda, vanillin, softened butter, milk. Gradually mix the sifted flour into the mixture. The finished dough should resemble sour cream in consistency.

We take the form in which the pear cake will be baked, set on fire. Pour half a glass of sugar into it and add 4-5 tablespoons of butter.

Cooking caramel. Pears cut into slices, choosing from them the center with pits. We lay them out in the form of a sun. Sprinkle the gaps between the slices with pieces of walnuts. Pour dough on top of pears. Put the form in a preheated oven. The temperature at which baked pie with pears is 180 degrees. The baking process takes about half an hour. Pear Puff Pastry

A very simple recipe using ready-made puff pastry. Such a cake can be a great option for morning coffee or tea.

Necessary ingredients: packaging of puff pastry, canned or fresh pears, a few tablespoons of sugar (it is better to take brown), a little raisins, a spoonful of butter.

Cooking

Wash fresh pears, dry with a napkin or waffle towel. If they have a thick peel - clean. Cut them into thin slices, while taking out the seeds. If the pears are canned, we take them out of the jar to a little glass liquid.

Roll out the dough slightly, lay on a baking sheet previously sprinkled with cold water. We put pear slices in the middle of the layer (leave the edges without filling), sprinkle with sugar and raisins. Gently with a sharp knife, make cuts along the edges to form strips. We twist these stripes over the pears so that the dough covers the filling. We put the pear pie in a preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 200-220 degrees.

You can make this pie portioned. To do this, lay out the dough sheet, lightly grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar. We cut it into several parts, for example, 6. On each of the parts we lay out pear slices and a little raisin with a fan, sprinkle with sugar on top. Put everything on a baking sheet and bake as described above.

Kiwi Sponge Cake

Unusual sweet and sour biscuit with kiwi prepared according to this recipe will turn out to be very tender and tasty. If desired, it can be easily turned into a cake by making a simple protein or sour cream with the addition of pieces of kiwi or other fruits.

For preparation you need: 5-6 kiwi fruits, flour (1 cup), eggs (4 pcs.), Sugar (150 g), baking powder or soda, quenched with vinegar, vanilla sugar.

Cooking

We peel the kiwi from the peel, cut it into medium-sized cubes and leave it aside for now. Separate the proteins from the eggs, add sugar to them and beat everything with a mixer. Proteins should increase in volume at least twice and turn into a strong foam. Separately, beat the yolks, pour half the proteins into them and mix gently from the bottom up. Add baking powder and sifted flour, mix, trying to prevent the proteins from dropping. Add the remaining protein and slices of kiwi. Gently mix the resulting mass. We spread it on a baking sheet, pre-lubricating it with oil or lining it with baking paper. We put in a preheated oven and bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 degrees.

Enjoy your meal.
