The latter belongs to the category of highly selective beta 1 adrenergic blockers that do not have membrane-stabilizing and sympathomimetic activity. The mechanism of action of this component on the basis of arterial hypertension is primarily determined by a decrease in plasma renin and a decrease in heart rate.
