Pizza with mushrooms and chicken

Once the whole family sat in a pizzeria, ate pizzas, of course, it was very tasty, but nobody ate, and the fillings in it were not enough. So I decided to please my beloved family with homemade pizza. So, pizza with mushrooms and chicken is on the agenda today.

I rarely buy dough, more often I cook it myself, because homemade dough is still different from the purchased one. So, for its preparation we need 400 grams of flour, half a glass of warm water, 5 grams of dry yeast, half a glass of water, also warm, 50 grams of butter (so the crust of pizza will be crispy), 1 egg, a little salt and sugar. Sift flour through a sieve. We combine milk and water, slightly warm (to body temperature, you can slightly higher), add softened butter, beat egg with salt and sugar, yeast and mix everything. Then gradually introduce the flour in small handfuls, knead the dough for our future pizza. Let him rise, it will take about 40 minutes.

For the sauce we need a spoonful of tomato paste, a spoonful of mayonnaise, chopped clove of garlic, combine everything and get the sauce. You can use ready-made pizza sauce, it is sold in almost all major grocery supermarkets.

Since our pizza with mushrooms and chicken, we need one chicken breast, 200 grams of mushrooms (I use mushrooms), 100 grams of hard cheese (Mozzarella cheese is best for pizza, because after melting it does not stretch like rubber, but it’s my personal opinion), canned olives, 1 tomato. Chicken breast must be boiled in salted water, then split it into fibers. Cut the tomato rings, olives too. Mushrooms can be pre-fried, but I don’t fry them, I just cut them finely, so the taste of mushrooms is preserved in pizza. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. All the ingredients are ready, pizza with mushrooms and chicken should turn out amazing.

While we were busy with the filling, the dough should already have risen. We divide it into three parts (this amount of dough is enough for three average pizzas). We roll it into a layer and put it on a greased pan. Lay chicken on top, then mushrooms, then olives and tomatoes. We pour all the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese on top and send to the oven to bake. That's all, pizza with mushrooms and chicken are ready, you can safely delight relatives and friends. It should be noted that such a pizza is many times better and tastier than in any pizzeria. Try to cook, you will not regret it.

By the way, if you do not have fresh mushrooms, pizza with pickled mushrooms is not bad . I cook it according to the same recipe, just instead of fresh champignons I use pickled ones.

Pizza is a pastry with a filling for which you can experiment. For example, you can use any minced meat and the same mushrooms, you get pizza with meat and mushrooms. So, for this pizza we need 400 grams of homemade minced meat, 200 grams of champignons, 1 tomato, pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese or any other hard cheese, 1 onion. The dough for this pizza can be prepared according to the recipe described above, or you can just make the dough without yeast whip up. In this case, you will need 400 grams of flour, 1 egg, 50 grams of butter, 50 ml of sour cream, a pinch of salt and sugar. We combine the egg, softened butter, sour cream, salt and sugar and beat, add the flour and knead the dough not so cool. Roll it out, put it in the mold. Spread the minced meat on top, sprinkle with chopped onions. We cut the tomatoes in rings and also stack them on top of the minced meat. Grind the mushrooms, you can lightly fry in vegetable oil, put on pizza. Pour sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake pizza in the oven until cooked. This pizza is no less tasty, worth a try.
