Pancake with salmon rolls - Japanese dish with Russian motifs

Japanese culture in recent years has entered the life of Russian people, and this is not surprising - we are all big lovers of something new and interesting, and salmon rolls, for example, which are made from rice with a piece of raw fish and a cucumber, have become a real boom. Thousands of people rushed to Japanese restaurants and began to absorb traditionally Japanese dishes in large quantities. But the years went by and the popularity began to subside, and today the Japanese restaurant does not represent anything particularly remarkable and unusual. The cooking technology of this dish is very interesting, and our housewives did not miss the moment and realized in time: why not make rolls with salmon, not just with rice, but with pancakes? Today we will consider interesting recipes, in which there are exquisite notes of the east and traditional, traditional Russian cuisine.

Pancake rolls with salmon

Below is a recipe for a great appetizer, which is not a shame to put on any holiday table. So, we need the ingredients for cooking ordinary pancakes. These are three eggs (chicken), a glass of fresh milk, a glass of water, two glasses of sifted flour, sugar, salt, a little vegetable oil and a tiny pinch of soda. And for the filling we need slightly salted salmon, cottage cheese and feathers of green onions. We prepare ordinary pancakes, thin, lacy, but we don’t even think about eating them, because the most delicious part will come next.

Take a slightly cooled pancake, straighten it and generously lubricate with curd cheese. We take our fish and cut into thin plates, put them in random order on a pancake. You do not need to put too much so that the taste is not very saturated - here all ingredients should give a taste. Cross the pancake, put the feathers of the onion, wrap the pancake with a roll, wrap it in a transparent cling film and let it brew in the refrigerator for half an hour. Before serving, this dish must be cut into equal portions, as is done with regular Japanese rolls. This is such an interesting dish, salmon rolls always work out well, this dish cannot be ruined! Lavash rolls with salmon

The Japanese dish also found its interpretation in Armenian cuisine, as pita bread is still used to make rolls . This is a fairly simple dish, which can also be served as a snack for guests, but it is still great for breakfast for your beloved husband and children. In anticipation of the summer, you can no doubt say that this dish is useful for outings.
The preparation of such rolls requires not only effort, but also imagination, since you can wrap everything that is “bad in the refrigerator” in pita bread - it will turn out delicious anyway. In the classic version of this dish we will need the following ingredients: 2 Armenian pita bread, several chicken eggs, a package of slightly salted salmon, a lot of greens, salt, pepper, mayonnaise.

To begin with, we cut our fish into small pieces, it is possible in layers, or it is possible in cubes - as your heart desires, but remember that the appearance of the sliced ​​roll will depend on the shape of the salmon. Grind the greens, boil the eggs until tender and rub them on a coarse grater, or cut them into cubes. We take the first sheet of pita bread and unfold it in full size, grease it with mayonnaise, generously shower it with chopped greens, salt, and pepper. We lay eggs. Now we take the second sheet of pita bread and cover it with the first sheet, grease the upper part with mayonnaise, lay out the fish. Wrap everything carefully, cover with cling film and let it brew in a cool place so that the pita is thoroughly soaked.
