Spicy Egg Noodle Recipe
Ingredients: one package of egg noodles (thin), one sweet pepper (green), one chili pepper, onions, garlic, 30-50 ml of soy sauce, 150 grams of ham, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable and sesame oil, one egg, 2 tbsp. spoons of Thai sauce and white dry wine, feathers of green onions, salt.
Boil the noodles, drain and rinse. Place in a saucepan and pour sesame oil. Cut the ham into slices or thin strips, peppers from seeds and also cut. Heat oil in a deep frying pan until a haze appears and add peppers, garlic, onions and green onions. Fry everything with constant stirring. Shrimp and Mushroom Egg Noodles
Ingredients: 150 grams of mushrooms, 1 kg of shrimp, a pack of egg noodles of four briquettes, a sauce for frying, ginger root (3 cm).
Thaw the shrimp at room temperature, rinse with running water, peel, rinse again and discard in a colander. Fry with constant stirring of shrimp in a deep pan until cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Add shrimp to the finished egg noodles, mix and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with green onions.

A tasty and healthy dish like egg noodles can be cooked at home. The dough can be kneaded without water, on some eggs. If there is much to add squirrels, you can cook only on yolks only. In this case, the noodles will turn out to be very beautiful and yellow, and the broth in which it will cook will turn out to be transparent. For making noodles at home, flour made from durum wheat is best.
