Beef Captain's Meat
For cooking, you will need fresh meat (beef fillet) - 1 kilogram, fat mayonnaise (about 70%) - 150 grams, a little garlic, cheese - 200 grams, two heads of onions, pepper (preferably freshly ground) and salt.
We start to cook the meat in a captain’s way. The recipe is simple, but you need to spend a little time on its implementation. To begin with, we cut the meat in not very thick layers and slightly beat off, without breaking the integrity. Three cheese on a coarse grater.

Veal Dish
For this dish you need to take 350 grams of tender veal, 150 grams of cheese (preferably hard), three potatoes, one bell pepper, one onion, two tomatoes, mayonnaise, green peas, herbs and any spices. We cut the meat with thin plates and beat it, wrapping it in a food film. We grease the form with olive oil and put the prepared meat into it. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and grease with mayonnaise. Next comes the onion, sliced in half rings. We cut the tomatoes and peppers in circles and spread them in the same order.
