So, for four servings you will need: two tablespoons of salt, the same amount of ground pepper, one and a half teaspoons of red and white pepper, garlic powder, onions, ten chicken drumsticks, a glass of kefir, one egg, three glasses of flour and a spoonful of starch, and also some vegetable oil for frying. We start to cook. Mix one tablespoon of salt and pepper, garlic, chopped onion finely, then grate the chicken with this mixture and leave it in the cold overnight. For breading, you need to beat the kefir, egg, add water, then carefully pour and stir in flour, starch, remaining salt and pepper. Here's what you need to take for 2-3 servings: chicken, sliced, salt, red and black pepper, herbs (oregano, basil, celery), garlic. For breading: a glass of wheat flour and the same amount of corn, 2-3 beaten eggs, ground chili. And directly for the sauce: a tablespoon of butter, the same amount of flour, one and a half glasses of milk, bay leaf, salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

How to cook such delicious fried chickens? In one bowl, mix herbs, spices and flour. Then alternately dip the chicken pieces into a beaten egg, then into a dry mixture.

Preparing the sauce: in a saucepan, melt the butter, add the flour and boil for two minutes until the mixture becomes a nutty color. Then we introduce milk in a thin stream and mix, cook until the sauce thickens, add salt, pepper and nutmeg. We taste and turn off the stove.

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil and lay out the breaded chicken. Fry until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes: the richer the color, the tastier the chicken. Put the finished chicken on a plate and pour with the sauce already prepared, serve.
