Buy a kilogram of your favorite ice cream. It is better that it be a creamy or vanilla ice cream. You will also need a packet of sweet corn flakes, a couple of eggs and coconut batter. Fried ice cream, the recipe of which we suggest you try, is best done with a filling of berries. Then the dessert will take on a finished look and will sparkle with various shades of taste. If you have a special spoon for forming balls of ice cream, this will facilitate the work.

If it is not there, get along with the usual dessert spoon - you need to scoop up a slightly softened ice cream and put the strawberries, raspberries or pitted cherries in the middle, and roll them up. Place the resulting balls in the freezer so that they harden. This will take about two hours. In the meantime, cook the batter. You can take flour instead of corn flakes, but in this case, fried ice cream, the recipe of which should be thought out to the smallest detail, will not be so tender. Grind the flakes in a blender or manually. Beat eggs, pour coconut flakes into a separate bowl and cook deep-frying. To do this, pour deodorized oil into a deep pan, heat it up to one hundred and sixty degrees Celsius.
Then get the balls of ice cream, dip them first in an egg, then in coconut

This elementary recipe will show you that you can bake a real cake from ice cream, no matter how incredible it sounds. You need a domed glass bowl, four eggs, two hundred grams of sugar, one hundred grams of flour, a tablespoon of corn starch, a little baking powder, a pinch of salt, a spoonful of hot water, six hundred grams of your favorite ice cream, strawberries and vanilla (liquor) for flavoring. Cover the bowl with cling film. Cut the strawberries into small pieces. Stir the ice cream in a bowl until plastic, stir in the chopped strawberries, put in a container with a film. Put it all in the freezer. Meanwhile, preheat the oven and beat the whites, separated from the yolks, with sugar and starch. Yolks also rub with granulated sugar. Mix the yolks with flour and baking powder. From the test you need to bake a low biscuit. When it cools down, take the ice cream out of the refrigerator, knock it over onto the cake, cover with squirrels and place it in the freezer again. When the whole structure has hardened, place in the most preheated oven for five minutes. Serve immediately.
