This recipe does not need eggs and flour, as well as rich cookery experience. The main thing is to find at home one banana, some milk and a handful of oatmeal. Such pancakes are cooked not quickly, but very quickly. It turns out three things from a given amount of ingredients. If desired, volumes can be increased.

Ingredients:

  • one small banana;
  • 70 grams of oatmeal flakes;
  • 50 ml of milk.

Combine all products and beat with a blender. Fry in a pan, like ordinary pancakes on both sides in vegetable oil.

Ingredients:

  • three bananas;
  • two eggs;
  • two tablespoons of melted butter.
  • a tablespoon of lemon juice;
  • a glass of oatmeal;

  • half a teaspoon of ground nutmeg, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.

Cooking process:

  1. Peel the bananas and knead to a pulp state.
  2. In a bowl, combine banana gruel, butter , honey and lemon juice. Add eggs and mix well with a whisk or fork.
  3. In another bowl (it should be larger than the first in volume) combine flour, spices, salt and soda. Mix the components and make a small hole in the center. Gradually pour the previously prepared mixture into it and mix, but do not whisk.
  4. Leave the mass for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat the pan over moderate heat, lightly grease it with butter or vegetable oil and reduce heat to low. Spread the dough in approximately equal portions and fry on both sides.

Oat-banana pancakes are served with maple syrup or honey, decorated with coconut and banana slices.

  • one banana;
  • 100 grams of flour;
  • 250 ml of water;
  • two tablespoons of oatmeal;
  • a tablespoon of granulated sugar;
  • half a teaspoon of baking powder;

Cooking process:

  1. Pour boiling water (about half a cup) of oatmeal and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the swollen flakes: mashed banana, sugar, baking powder, water and flour. Mix well to obtain the necessary consistency.
  3. Spread the dough with a tablespoon in a pan and fry on both sides under the lid.

Cooking:

  2. Add the egg and milk to it, mix well.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan and pour the pancake dough on it.
  4. Bake over low heat, then flip to the other side.
