Spaghetti in a creamy sauce are prepared easily and quickly enough. After all, for such a second dish you need only affordable and inexpensive ingredients that can be bought at any store. And the result is a hearty and tasty lunch: quite often the mentioned spaghetti is served as a side dish for meat or mushroom goulash.

How to cook spaghetti with cream sauce

Essential ingredients for the second course:

  • any meaty mushrooms (oyster mushrooms, champignons, ceps, chanterelles, etc.) - 350 g;
  • large onions - 2 pcs.;
  • cream 30% - 350 ml;
  • thick sour cream 30% fat - 2 full glasses;
  • peeled walnuts - 3 small handfuls;
  • spaghetti from durum wheat (for example, TM "Makfa") - 1 whole package;
  • hard cheese of any grade - 90 g;
  • lemon juice - from half ripe fruit;
  • wheat flour - 3 small spoons (for thickening the sauce);
  • a mixture of fragrant peppers or other seasonings - to taste;
  • table salt - at the discretion;
  • granulated sugar - 2 small spoons;
  • sunflower oil - for frying (4-5 large spoons).

Spaghetti in a creamy sauce can be made using different ingredients. However, from vegetables we will take only 2 large onions. They should be rinsed, peeled, and then cut into thin rings or quarters.

Fatty 30% cream should be poured into a deep bowl and add 2 full cups of thick sour cream to them. Mix both dairy ingredients with a hand whisk or blender. Then, to the mass, pour wheat flour and beat again.

Also, the products should be flavored with sunflower oil, a mixture of fragrant peppers, table salt, grated walnuts and sugar. The ingredients need to be fried over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes, and then pour them with cream and cream sauce and add hard cheese. After that, the contents of the pan must be brought to a boil and removed from the heat.
