Cherry wine , the recipe for which is particularly simple, always turns fragrant and tasty. It is worth noting that absolutely everyone can make such a weak and natural alcoholic drink. Indeed, for the preparation of red wine you only need to collect a small amount of ripe cherries and acquire granulated sugar.

Ripe burgundy cherries need to be washed in a colander, completely eliminated from the liquid, and then washed with a stupa along with the seeds and squeezed the juice well with gauze. - active yeast - 1 small spoon.
Cooking process
Ripe fruits of a cherry tree should be sorted out, cleaned of stalks and other debris, and then washed in cool water. After this, the cherry needs to be poured with uncooked boiling water and insisted under a press for 4 days. After time, the mixture must be filtered, add granulated sugar, active yeast, freshly squeezed lemon juice and put in a dark cupboard for 2-3 weeks. After this, the mass should be mixed and insisted for 5 months. Next, the wine must be bottled, tightly closed and put in the cellar for another 30 days.

- granulated sugar - 400 g.
Cooking process
Ripe cherries should be sorted out, cleaned of the stalks, washed and dried well. Next, you need to remove the seeds from the fruits and set them aside, and the pulp is strongly mashed. The resulting mass must be laid out in a barrel (preferably wooden). The bones should be weighed, taken from them the sixth part, crushed together with sugar and add to the fruits of the cherry tree. It is recommended that the container with the mixture be buried in sand at 1/3 of the height.
It is worth noting that such a recipe for cherry wine requires constant monitoring so that the wooden barrel is always full (if necessary, add freshly squeezed cherry juice into it). After the drink stops fermenting, the container should be closed and stored in a cool room for exactly 2 months.
