Real puff pastry is prepared in several stages, which takes a lot of time. But to the delight of the hostesses there is a quick recipe. It is even easier to buy yeast or yeast puff pastry in the store.

With Nutella
Such biscuits from puff pastry stuffed with chocolate paste and nuts can be prepared even by an aspiring cook. You will need a purchased dough (500 g) and a few more ingredients, namely:
- 10 tablespoons of chocolate paste;
- 6 teaspoons of powdered sugar;
- half a glass of any nuts.
How to cook:
- Heat the oven, grease a baking sheet with oil.
- Pour a little flour onto the table and roll out the dough to a size of 20x25 cm.
- Put chocolate paste on the dough evenly, pour nuts on the paste.
- Roll the dough into roll on both sides. To make the rolls stick together, moisten the center with water.
- With a sharp knife, cut rolls one centimeter wide. You should get cookies that resemble the shape of ears.

Cookies in the shape of puff pastry ears can be baked with a variety of fillings: cinnamon, raisins, jam, jam, nuts, etc. But they are especially delicious with chocolate. To prepare them, you will need the following ingredients:
- bar of dark chocolate;
- 500 g puff pastry;
- half packs oils;
- two tsp instant coffee;
- three table. l powdered sugar.
Order of preparation:

Triangle cookies with pumpkin and apple filling have an unusual taste and are worth trying to cook them. To do this, take:
- 0.5 kg puff pastry yeast;
- 150 g pumpkin jam;
- one sour apple (so that the filling does not turn out sugary-sweet);
- ½ lemon juice.
Cooking Cookies:
- Peel and grate the apple.
- Mix grated apple with pumpkin jam.
- Squeeze lemon juice from half the fruit and add to the previous mixture.
