Necessary products: 250 - 350 grams of raw carrots, 250 grams of boiled beets, half a glass of kefir, semolina (as much as minced meat can take), 1 chicken egg, sunflower oil for frying, sour cream (to grease the prepared meatballs with it), black ground pepper and salt to taste. Breadcrumbs - optional, they may not be used.

Rub the boiled beets and raw carrots on a fine grater, and then mix (you need to drain the juice from the beets). Add the egg, mix again and then let it brew for 10 minutes so that the vegetables let their juice flow. Thicken the resulting mass of semolina to the desired consistency. Then, form neat cutlets from the resulting minced meat (you can still brew them in breadcrumbs) and fry them to a golden crust over very low heat. As you remove them from the heat, you must immediately coat each of them with sour cream (with it cutlets from carrots and beets will be much tastier). After all the cutlets are on the bowl, it must be covered with a lid and let it brew for 5 minutes. On the table they need to be served warm. Enjoy your meal.

Carrot cutlets. Apple Recipe

For cooking you need: sour cream, 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, a tablespoon of semolina, 6 carrots, 4 apples (sour green), half a glass of milk, 2 eggs of chicken, 2 tablespoons of butter, sugar and salt - to taste, vegetable oil for frying.

Rinse carrots, peel, cut into thin strips and simmer in milk and butter. As soon as it softens a little, apples, semolina, salt and sugar should also be added to it. Stir gently, cook until tender. Cool the resulting homogeneous mass and then drive 2 eggs into it. Mix everything, form cutlets and roll them in breadcrumbs. In this case, you should try to give the cutlets a flat shape so that they are fried more evenly. When setting the table, they should be served with sour cream. That's it, carrot cutlets.
