In order to check the potatoes for readiness, you need to remove a small piece of foil and see if there is a golden crust under it. If not, then leave the potatoes to bake for a while.
Oven baked potato in foil
This recipe is not only easy and quick, but also very useful. For cooking, you need to take large potatoes of about 200 g. Ingredients:
Potato - 6 pieces (large);
Butter - 120 g;
Filler - 200 g (to taste);
Cheese - 140 g;
Green onion;
Salt
We wash the potatoes and wrap it carefully in foil. Then spread on a baking sheet and add a little water so that it does not burn. Bake at temperatures up to 200 degrees and a half hours.
Chop finely green onions and dill. When the potatoes are ready, cut them in half without removing the foil. Then, using a fork, grind the flesh of the potato and add onion, dill, butter, cheese and mix there. As a filler for potatoes can be any salad or just chopped vegetables.
Whole baked potatoes
This recipe is prepared faster than all of the above, but its advantages from this do not become less. As was said at the beginning, it is in the peel that contains the most useful substances. For cooking, the following ingredients will be needed:

Initially, wash the potatoes well and dry them with a towel. In order for the peel to turn rosy and crispy, it is necessary to coat each potato with vegetable oil. This should be done lightly, since during cooking the oil can drip and burn, which will cause an unpleasant smell in the kitchen. After all the potatoes are coated, put them in the oven on a baking sheet or on the wire rack. Bake for about half an hour at a temperature of 250 degrees. If the peel is crispy and well-fried, then the potato is ready.
If you do not like the peel, in which case it can be removed before use, but still it contains a large amount of vitamins. In addition, potatoes prepared in this way have a very tasty peel. It is best to serve such a dish with vegetable oil, onions, salted fish and sauerkraut.
