  • 600 grams of fresh mushrooms;
  • three onions;
  • half a liter of sour cream;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • spice.

  1. They wash the meat well, put it in a deep bowl, fill it with cool water and put on fire.
  2. Add spices, onions, garlic and salt to taste.
  3. Cook until fully cooked.
  4. When the meat is cooked, it is pulled out, and mushrooms (champignons) are cooked in this broth.
  5. Fried chopped onions and mushrooms in heated vegetable oil.
  6. Add meat and fried vegetables to a cast iron.
  7. Pour all the filtered broth.
  8. Stew in the oven over low heat for about forty minutes.
